Waking up is hard to do, let alone waking up at 5am to drive North to photograph a sunrise family session. But Whitney really wanted to capture the gorgeous, golden light coming through the pines on her property, so I downed an extra large coffee and it was freakin' worth it! I love these kinds of lifestyle family sessions. They are so much more relaxed and authentic than a normal, pose ya on a blanket, everyone smile at the camera, type sessions (though I do always make sure to get at least one of those because that's always the photo grandma wants). I love to photograph babies sweet little toes and grumpy faces, because it will all change in the blink of an eye! So here is the Mcclung family in all their perfect, sweet, 5am glory!
